Save sweet for later?

Drained front pans before big freeze,was making B,cleaned pans and rotated, cleaned tanks.Next run should I put sweet back in or resweeten the pans?Would like to lighten up, how long will this sweet be able to sit? When I darken again I will add the sweet. Thanks for advice Jim

we're in the same boat. I think we are going to start from scratch and save the sweet for awhile. Its suposed to stay cool until next weekend. Maybe we will add it in then or maybe we will pitch it depending on our grade of syrup at that time.
