I guess this season is like Uconn basketball just when you think it's over it just keeps going. Picked up 55 gallons of crystal clear sap from my 60 buckets. Sugar content around 1.5 which is normal for me during late season. All but 6 taps were running hard, southern exposure ones were bone dry. Hoping for 1 or 2 more days of good flow and then we will be out of wood. Pushing 6 weeks since the taps were put in!:o
