well today i got the information and im going to quebec to see some maple operationa as a part of a school trip this april. on the adgenda: a tour of the toleinox evaporator company and memprotech factory. also, the parker maple farm in west chazy, NY, 3 canadian maple operations, and a canadian syrup packer. im pumped!:D:):D:)

well im leaving tomorrow. we are picking up mike farre;l for part of the trip and gonna be visiting quite a few operations. im psyched!!!:D:D:D:D

Back when I was in school the only field trips we seemed to take were to plays and maybe the zoo once. What a great thing for you to get to do this. This is why Keith Scheible (of the VVSFFA, sponsor of the Jan maple conf.) earns so many awards (an a free Toyota truck lease). The things he does and gets you FFA members into are fantastic.
