How do you make the fudge like sugar candy that is molded into maple leaves and I dont mean the lolipops the granulated type thanks in advance

several variations:
We heat light syrup to 240F and then stir till you start seeing a light line following the spoon. Sometimes this doesn't take long.
Begin to pour the syrup into the molds.
