does anyone no where i can get a chart that shows the barometric pressure and where syrup will be made?

barometric pressure changes constantly. Get a good home barometer or weather station or just get it from one of the online weather services like accuweather.com. They should have recent info for your location.

Use this chart for water. Just add 7 degrees. (ignore the altitude column)

Unless you're at sea level you can't ignore altitude. Get the altitude approximation for your site from a good map like a USGS quadrant map. Here's the handy calculator I use.

Yes you can ignore altitude. Your altitude never changes (hopefully) so that is a constant. The variable here is barometric pressure. Use the right hand column of the chart that PerryW posted. You'll need a properly calibrated barometer in the sugar shack. Observe the pressure and match it up on the chart to see what the boiling point of water is at that time. Add 7.5 degrees and you should be close. Just keep in mind that barometric pressure can change pretty quickly, so you'll want to keep an eye on it.
