Is there a bottle size standard for grading?

I notice that the thicker the bottle, the darker it looks.

Yes, you need to by a Maple Syrup Temporary Grade Kit. It comes with four color sample jars and an empty jar; all the same size.

Thanks. Those are about 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" right?

Dont need to buy them, just wanted to get an idea of what grade I'm making.
