I'm done 17 gallons all dark on 50 taps. That's ok because my clients want dark. Now I have to rebuild my 2x4 evaporator to a 2x6. My great wife wants to put in more taps!! So we are going to setup a gravity system. I can't wait until next year. That will be my great wife's first year running the evaporator by herself. If this works out right I will be able to drink a lot beer.
