Broke a hundred

Hit 100 gallons bottled tonight. 103 total. My goal at the beginning of the season was 50 gal (I made 36 gal last season). Its been a great season to say the least. I am finally getting some medium amber in the past two boils. Unfotunately I got behind and in one tank 170 gallons of sap went bad in just two days. Hoping for some colder nights.

That's good on 331 taps but buckets will always outrun gravity tubing and usually produce better quality sap.

Congrats Brandon you deserve a good year. This is starting off to be the best year I have ever had in the last 10. Also I am sorry to say that it will be my last my age is fast catching up with me.
