Shopping for a new evaporator

I have a neighbor who sugars and over the last couple of years she's kinda got me hooked on the whole sugaring process. I have about 30 acres with a lot of maples and figure it's about time to jump in myself!! I've been looking at the Leader 2x8 with max flu pan and inferno arch. Looking for any opinions on this set-up or a comparable rig. Can't wait to start on the wood this year and be ready for next year!!

Very nice rig and should do about 80 to 90 gph with good wood and firing it correctly. I have a 2x8 inferno with just standard welded pans and I can get 65gph on it if I stay on it and fire it correctly including startup and shutdown. Leader makes very good quality pans and their syrup pans are not welded partions, they are seamless bent partitions with a strength lip on the top of each compartment divider.
