Or if I could bring sap and you boil it to Make maple Syrup? Could keep some for compensation. Because I don't have much of a setup to boil it down.

We can take sap and boil it in with ours if it can be worked out. 30 cents/gallon of 3% test sap is payable in finished syrup @$17/quart or $60/gallon.
I have done over 25 gallons in 4 boils this last week - average test is 3.7%. Everything has graded A- Light Amber. I am out of sap and standing down as of tonight, but can consider firing up Friday or Saturday if someone has enough fresh sap to boil. I run 50 gph through the evaporator.

Is there any one else near the East side of Green Bay buying sap? Trees were running well today had 16 gallons collected by 6 pm and was still flowing out of my 8 spouts.
