Running good in Palermo and Windsor

We tapped a couple in Windsor on Tuesday at noon. By 5pm 2 taps filled a 5 gallon bucket. Two out of 5 trees did it! I was amazed!

We started on Saturday and have about 150 gallons total so far.

We have 81 taps on sap bags with 5/16 splles and PVC bag holders.
Our neighbors have let us tap their old roadside maples again this year.
We had a St. Patty's day flood yesterday yielding 105 gallons!
We have collected around 325 gallons thus far. We had to wash more collection barrels and get out the sap pump.
I hope today is a good run----- we will be boiling are way to the weekend.
