How and where should I store my bottles of unopened syrup?
Thanks!

Somewhere cool and dark like a basement shelf.

Thanks, we don't have a basement is on the floor in the closet good?
It's usually around 68 degrees and dark.
Or out in the shed, will it hurt to freeze it or will freezing it break the seal?

Freezing shouldn't hurt it, but the heat over the summer would. Your closet could be your best option.

Ok, thanks. Maybe I'll stuff it down in the crawl space, lol. It does stay cool down there all summer long.

I was wondering the same question this a.m. I bought 5gal drums from Bascoms but I dont want to re-heat the syrup to put it in the drums. Is this ok? It will be going to Bascoms next week or should I re-heat and then put them in the blue plastic 5 gal drums??
