When cleaning evaporators pans which vinegar works best? Cider, White or other?

If you can find the 6% pickling vinegar it works better then the regular.I work for french dairy farmers and the milk stone acid beats everything.I had a small plastic coke bottle of the stuff and still have some left after cleaning the pans. I can buy 4 liter jugs of it at the feed store for not to much money also.

For us Cider Vinegar has worked great for our SS pan
pour it in approx 1/16" deep, let work over night, clean w/ green 3m scratcher, rinse w/ lots of cold water.

WHITE and be careful if you have lead soldered pans.

You can get 2 gallons for $ 3.36 at Sams Club and it is 5% white vinegar and it works great and it is by far cheapest I have found unless you bought it in huge quanities.
