View Full Version : How much to run in finishing pan??

We are new to sugaring and have a small 17" x 42" arch with 2 pans. I'm curious how do you determine how much sap do you keep in the finishing pan. Is it better to keep it deeper rather than shallow?? How do you determine the correct depth??

Shallower is better but not too shallow as you can burn the pan.
I run the front pan about 1 to 1-1/2".
