Is there a remedy for crystals

Hi--second year backyarder--and the syrup was so light i boiled it too long--can you dissolve crystallized syrup by adding sap or water or is maple crunch coffee sweetener all it will ever be now?

One time I took a batch far and brought it back to life by adding a little raw sap and bringing it back to boil. Good as new. (think I got it from the Backyard Sugarin' book:confused:)
