Force 5

I am thinking about purchasing a new Hurricane Force five and was wondering if anyone is having any problems. I did hear that they replaced the bricks in some of them, is this true and how has been the service. I am currently on my second year with a intenso fire two with many issue's and with bad service from CDL USA in Swaton.

The customer service from Lapierre has been excellent. Ours was the first Force 5 in Ontario and we did have a few things that Lapierre had to repair but they were very prompt about it. They replaced the bricks on the sides of the fire box with ones twice as thick and they put fire blanket along the top just below the pans. The 'V' along the sloping part of the arch has been replaced with a low wall of loose fitting fire bricks across the width of the arch. I'd buy another one with the only change being I'd wait a year so I wasn't one of the guinea pigs! Overall, we're happy.
