Hi. I saw a post about shagbark hickory syrup but it hadn't been used since 2009. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried adding some shagbark hickory bark to their sap when they are boiling? I dont mean to offend any of the purists on here :) Just thought it might be an interesting twist!
