It hasn't been used for 5 years, but it work when it was put in storage. 220v, 2 - 3 gallon vats, with owner's manual, water jacketed I think. The owner's manual stated that it can be converted to 110v desired.
It says Bunn Twin 6, model ss1200. according to Bunn, it does not exist in US so I called Bunn in Canada. It is a Canadian model and they can still get replacement parts.
We paid $50.
Score?

$50.00 thats a good deal. Yes its water jacket. Now I see that its a 3 phase. Is there a converter in it. I often wonderd how all the pumps lights elements can be 3 phase. I slightly understand a 3 Phase motors. Let us know.

I dont know how you could hook that to 110 and make it work. the one i have draws 31 amps on 220(i know because it kept triping the 30 amp breaker) so i had to run it on a 40. I could hook mine up to 110 but then it draws 43 amps. That would have to be a 6 or 8 gauge wire. Probably just better off running on 220.

Sorry - i misspoke due to the fact I know almost nothing about electricity. it cannot be 110v, it can be converted from 3 phase to single phase.

That makes much more sense. Should be as simple as wiring up like a dryer or range.
The wiring diagram shows the wire "moves" to change to single phase. Just need to move 2 wires, (the yellow and the blue) and not use line voltage landing lug marked "L2". The unit should be fed with a 4 conductor wire, 2 hots, 1 neutral and 1 ground wire. If your service is a 240 volt system (most are) the wattage will be higher.
Hey if the wiring seems too tough, I'll give you $52.00 for it.
Looks like a great find, run a bunch of syrup through that baby.
Forgot to mention your amperage draw will be higher at single phase than what the nameplate rating shows at 3 phase.
Could be about a 40 amp draw(?) when run with single phase power. again, be sure to ground the unit, the wiring diagram doesn't show the ground connection but it's the most important one (safety first).
I think you got a great deal, enjoy it!!
