Put in 15 taps yesterday and they started to run immediately. Checked this morning and this evening and not much there.
Hoping the warmer weather brings on a good run!

Same here, Bird. We had a minimum run last Friday afternoon but not enough to think about firing up the evaporator. Maybe today things will open up a bit. Good luck.

I'm next door in Hopkinton. only 5 of my 19 taps ran this weekend, and I just checked a few today and they were dry.
We need a little warmer daytime weather, I think...

Still not much beyond the little that came in Sunday afternoon in the rain. At least it gives me a little more time to get my 55 gal. barrel for when the run really starts!

Sap was really flowing yesterday. I think I collected >40 gallons from my 20 taps. Some buckets overflowing, some half - 3/4 full.
