oil lines on a flood pump

does anyone know how to hook up oil line on a flood pump im not sure if I have it hooked up correctly not getting oil thru sight glass

Thanks got it figured out needed to prime oil filter with oil changed the filter would not pull the oil thru with out being primed. now i need better belts bought a set from tractor supply they are made in india should have left them there. they are definately not a gates belt.
