Has anyone given any thought to syrup prices? I am beginning to get requests for syrup and haven't set my prices yet. The retail outlets are all at 50 or above and giving them a 20% markup that puts us at 40per gal. I hope no one is below that. It looks like a good year, how do you think that will affect the price?
