Grading Question

Am I right here? If your color is between grades you go up to the darker grade. I bottled the lightest syrup I have ever made tonight. Just a little bit darker than light amber.

That's correct. Each sample is the darkest your syrup can be for that specific grade.

Thanks Bryan! Bottled up 4 gallons today. Have the labels on just need to put on the grade stickers. 12 gallons more to bottle and I will be caught up. Tomorrow is another day!
