Finally got a chance to get a few pics of the new to us evap and the sugarhouse in general. Hope I put this in the right place.
Anyway, took these this morning after boiling into the late hours of the night last night.
This is the "new" 2.5x8 Grimm Lightning..if you look close you'll notice there's a Leader front pan on it. Bought it from my buddy last spring. Had to completely rebuild the arch and get all new stack made. Also in the background is our 2x6 Amish built drop flue(with the blue tarp covering it).
