Heavy syrup need dilution

I thought I remember someone had a dilution equation to adjust heavy syrup. I have been drawing off heavy and this year so I do not have to reboil before canning and need to know how much to adjust

there is a handy chart in the NA maple producers manual. Thats were I typically look. If you don't have a copy, let me know and I can check some numbers for you.
