Hey all! I'm a second year back-yarder looking for a source in central PA area where I can buy basic supplies i.e. hydrometer, spiles, bottles, filters, etc... without having to pay mail order costs. Any suggestions? Much appreciated - thanks!

For PA I only have Brookfield Maple Products (http://www.brookfieldmapleproducts.com/) listed in my directory but that is only dealers with web sites. Check the leader web site for their distributor dirrectory as well.

Thanks Bryan. Checked the Leader locations but they're all in No. PA - I could also do Maryland if you know of any folks there? (Leader doesn't list any....)

I'm really thin on any Maryland listings at all. Try this one out... this is a list of Dominion & Grimm dealers in PA;

None have web sites that I know of but all have old fashioned phone numbers listed. :rolleyes:

Henry Brennman is a leader dealer in Somerset county. The best place to get bottles is Gamber Container near Lancaster.

Mike Lynch is the Lapierre dealer in Somerset. He is just starting out as a dealer (though he's been a producer for yrs), so has very little stock but is very easy to work with. Address 234 Sugar Cake Rd Somerset, PA 15501 Home Ph# 814-445-1930 Cell# 814-442-3680 Email mikejdeerelynch@aol.com Hope this helps Joel

Not sure where you're at in southern Pa, but we keep extra supplies to sell. I'm in Indiana, PA. Good luck.

Ive been getting my small quantities of the Pennsylvania Sugar Hill Bottles from these folks , very nice to deal with and ship things fast..plus they take pay pal,,,of course there not in pa or within driving distance, but nobody is close to me that really sells bottles worth driving for anymore, fuel prices are a killer to pick up say 50 bottles at a time for me and to think it will only get worse $$$$ as time rolls by..
