2x7 Homemade Pans & Arch

This our homemade 2X7 welded stainless raised flue sap and crossflow syrup pans and arch. Arch is ceramic insulated and arch boarded but still needs to be bricked. That goes along with setting tanks and adding 550 more taps.

Adding preheater and hoods for 2012 and maybe some forced air.

JJ- did you ever get a guesstimate on how many gph your gonna get with the new girl?

Hoping 25-30 gph for this year with the makeshift hood.Then it should only go up with a good hood and preheater. Adding air will help to I might play with mounting some sort of fan in the draft door. We have a few furnace draft blowers laying around but I'm not sure they are big enough.
