I recently purchased a used Small Bros. 2x6 that had been stored, unused for 10 years.During this time the regulator packings were chewed away by mice. I was hoping someone can tell me the type of material used to make them and what I might be able to use to replace them, or if I should just buy new. Thanks for any and all input.

Check a search for "Waterloo/Small USA" and you can get a catalog. All parts should be available. Some other dealers might also have the packing.

Thanks, I did check them out and I may end up buying new. I do have access to a variety of different materials to make them from and was wondering what to try, i.e. soft rubber , cork teflon or something else, and roughly what thickness is needed.
