Has anyone ever packed syrup for bulk in 5-gal buckets (food grade) with a mylar liner? The food storage guys use them a lot, I have some, they are nice HD bags. I've had a hard time finding a max temp spec., although when the bags are to be heat-sealed for closure they specify 400F min. I've been thinking about filling one with boiling water to test it, but I can't be the first person to think of this. Have not found any previous posts about this, though.
