Westmorelan County, PA. Tapped 2/12/11. Sap ran all week and we boiled 2/19/11. Made 2.5 gallons syrup from 110 gallons sap. Light color and good flavor. High winds when boiling were not a problem but annoying. Hoping for a long season.
