hello everyone I live in northern wisconsin and I tap about 5 miles from Mr. Schumacher. I have been helping make syrup for about 15 years. I have a little caretaking business and last year I made syrup myself and gave most to my clients as gifts They want more and so do I. Thought I was crazy nuts sick in the head I drive around and look at angles on how I can tap that and that and that Found this forum about a month ago wew I'm o.k. in fact very normal.
