I see the thread about biggest evaporator, what about biggest operation?Back in the early 90's I went to the Vermont Maplerama, and the tour guide on the bus pointed out to one of the mountains we were driving by and stated that operation is 100,000 buckets, going to I believe 6 6x16 evaporators.Could be just a tall tale, wouldn't want to see that many buckets over a lifetime!!!!

I cant see how an operation that size could make money without tubing and RO.....
