Oil Cooled Vacuum Question

We have an atlantic fluid oil cooled pump and after a period of running the oil became milky and we have to drain water off of a petcock on the bottom of the oil tank. We have a moisture trap but it aparently does not stop moist air. Is there a solution?

I have the same pump and I thought the amount of moisture was insignificant. I think the oil turns milky from air bubbles.
