231 cubic inches per gallon.
The syrup pans are easy to figure but the flue pan will take some measurements.

Guys- I appreciate it but Im not that great with numbers. Well just figure its a lot. I did make a drum yesterday. Ran the rig for the first time. Was scared to death after a little while I came to the conclusion anybody could run the thing. Real smooth and easy. The piggy back leaked from the float box though so I just didnt use it and we were boiling 9% and I didnt like that. Worked good but took to long. It was about like 20% in my little rig. Next batch is going to be 12 and Im going to turn the potentiometer up. I think I was running it about half speed. I went by the line the guy before me had it on. Keep playing with it till we get it the way we like it. So nice to use the oil. I really like the rig a lot. Theron

Check this link. There's a chart telling volume base on flue pan size.
