cv adapters urgent question I'm going to woods in the morning

ok so sent the other half to get supplys she came back with these. I have a gravity system would it hurt to install these as gas to go back and return 400 I wouldn't save any money but if its going to hurt my sap flow I will go return them. what should I do keep and use or return?

go right ahead and tap away. there is no problems with it, and if anything they will help. not as much as with vac but it still improve sap yield some.

There are many other postings about this. As noted above, they will help extend the season even on a gravity system. Search out the other threads and you'll get a better feel for them. The Cornell University study seemed to look into it best.

I'm going to tap in 200 tomorrow on a none vacuum system and will be putting the check valves! You will be fine. Who know before it's over you may be thanking the Other Half for prolonging your season!LOL JimL.
