tapping to early

we are getting warm temps, so sat. i put in 1 tap as a test. no sap is running here yet, but alot of you guys are reporting your tapping. question is are you tapping anyway knowing they won't run quite yet, or are wherever you are it is warmer than northern indiana and sap is running ? still not the same time i tapped here last year, but with 3 days in a row of 50* won't that make them start ?

Your trees may still be frozen; I tapped one up here Sunday, as a test, and still nothing as of this morning. We should see something towards the end of the week as it will be below 32° at night with some sun and warmth in the daytime.
