Boy has it been busy around the sugar shack the last few days. Yesterday we collected and cooked 150 gallons of sap and today we had 200 gallons. Finally took off 6 gallons of syrup. Still have to filter it and bottle it. I already have people I don't know calling the house wanting syrup.
