I will be using a press this year and have a question about the FA.I have a friend that said he was using a certain dealers FA last year and half way through the season ran out and switched to a diff. dealers FA.When he switched he said his syrup taste changed.Has anyone else experienced this as well?He said that was the only thing that he changed.

It needs to be food grade and handle hot liquids. Mine came in a paper bag and I transferd it into plastic buckets to keep it dry and clean. Its so dang cheap I would only get the best from a Maple dealer.

The FA came from maple dealers.Can anyone answer this from experiencing similar issues?
