Has anyone had any experience with buying products from "Stainless Steel Creations"? http://stainlesssteelcreations.com/index.htm I am looking at some new pans from him and was wondering if anyone else had ever bought anything there.

Dave, 18 gauge stainless is pretty heavy and will seriously hurt your heat transfer. See if he will use 20 gauge or even 22 gauge.
