Looks like a three-phase motor (3 leads plus grnd). Sure you want that ?
137 feet of shutoff head corresponds to 60 psi, and no flow. Once the flow is moving, the pressure will drop to a lower value. You need the pump curve to determine running pressure.
Pmax/Tmax means pump is pressure tested to 363 psi at 248 degF. Just means the pump won't crack open, or the seals melt, until that pressure and temp. Normally the pump can't achieve that pressure by itself, it would need to be pressurized by another high pressure pump.
Anybody that sells used machinery with "no returns" on ebay is covering up something. Buyer-beware. Might have been used to pump anything from gasoline to guts, or the seals are shot.
I looked up on the Grundfos site, but wasn't able to find this pump curve. You might be able to browse yourself and find the right curve for this pump.
I strongly recommend a new pump, with a "returns" policy.
Here's one you might look at: 370443076651. Wayne 1 Hp for $85. The pump data sheet is on the Wayne site.
GPM12.5 10.0 6.7 3.3 0.0
PSI 0 17 48 71 78

The best thing I could find is the Procon Series 5 teamed up with a Baldor 1hp.(around $ 400) You feed this with a 1/2hp water pump to maintain 30psi inlet ps on th Procon. This combo will run 4 nf270 easily at 300-350 gph of 45degree sap. I only concentrate to 6-8% but works very well. You could possibly run NF90s but would be borderline. This a nice set up for under 1000taps. You could consentrate higher at the risk of passing sugar.
I also looked at the pump on eBay and would be cautious as prviously stated.

hey green i was thinking of running a procon pump in the same type setup i have a couple ? running a single 4" tower can i just run the procon through the tower and put a valve after the tower to set flow rateand then valves to perm and con tanks? then to wash how do u plumb that back do u run permiate back thru the same way or reverse flow thru the tower? can u give me a guesstamate on %raise on a single run thru a single 4"nf270
also i was reading on here that the 4" really doesnt need a recirculation pump?

You do not want to put any restrictions on the permeate or any more valves on the concentrate side. Just let them flow. As you described, merly use the gate valve on the concentrate out side to set your inlet Ps. I did a quick calc. and @210psi and 5.5 gpm input you should get around 1.5gpm on the permeate side. This is around 25% first pass. You will need to make multiple passes to get your desired concentration.

thank u 4 the answers green been looking 4 them 4 awhile comments on the washing and rinsing ? reverse though the tower with permiate or run throgh as normal with permiate and cleaning solution

First, never reverse flow to wash, run as normal with as much flow as you can. Leave concentrate valve wide open. You do not want to make permeate, only flush/wash the concentrate out. I run premeate first, enough to flush, maybe 50 gal. Then I set up my turkey cooker with around 7 gal permeate and stick all lines into it. I get everything circulating and then light the gas to heat the water. I then trickle in RO soap until I get the PH to around 11 No more than 12. I circulate until the temperature is 110 and no more than 113F. Turn off the gas and continue to circulate until the temp drops to 100-105F. I then connect back to permeate and let flush.
After a couple of washes, you will get a feel for your own wash times, rinses ect. This is only a guide. I normally let mine circulate soap while I finish up boiling. I start the evap around (1/2-1) hour after the RO. Hope this makes some sense.
