Folks,
Friend of mine bought one of these for brewing beer. Just thought I would post it. It may or may not work for maple. I haven't checked it out. Says it can be reprogrammed for different scales? Std model looks like 0-50 brix so would not work for syrup but might work for sap? Also temp range may not work for hot syrup.
