cleaning lines

i just aquired a old sap line that was used on my grandfathers land hasnt been used in 4 years i want to clean out lines any suggestions on the best way to do this the line is linked to about 30 trees

Typically I avoid anything but sap or water in the lines, to keep critters from chewing and getting a taste of something they like.

If you let the sap run through it most of the crap will come out the first few hours. Filter it out and you should be good to go.

If you have vacuum, suck a bucket of water through.
