I want to be able to drill a hole in my turkey-fryer canner and install a bulkhead style fitting to put in a quality thermometer using 1/4" NPT threads. Could some of you knowledgeable folks tell me if this is the fitting I want?
Parker 4FBC4N-316 316 Stainless Steel A-LOK Female Bulkhead Connector 1/4" Compression Fitting 1/4" F NPT.
