What maple cream machine would you recommend, the Lapierre or the Leader one. I have never made cream in a machine. I have never seen the Lapierre machine at work, but it looks likeit would be hard to screw it up with that machine.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THE LAPIERRE OR THE CDL MACHINE. THE THING I LIKE ABOUT THE CDL OVER THE LAPIERRE, IS THAT THERE IS A SECTION OF CLEAR HOSE ON THE CDL MACHINE, I LIKE TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE PRODUCT GOING UP THE TUBE! THEY BOTH MAKE AWESOME CREAM,YOU WOULDN'T BE DISAPPOINTED WITH EITHER. wE MAKE TONS OF CREAM AT THE BIG E EACH YEAR WITH THIS MACHINE AND IT REALLY IS A NICE MACHINE. (SORRY ABOUT CAPS!)

We have been using a cdl for four years now and are pleased with it.As maple works noted, you see when the pipe is empty and you adjust accordingly. They also clean up nice, just run hot water trough it.

The Eastern States Exposition in Springfield, Mass. It's a 17 day fair that attracts 1.2-1.3 million people! Great time! You can drink beer anywhere on the grounds!!!

It sounds like it would be a blast. Might have to take a trip out there sometime
