Fittings turning in tubing

I was just up doing some new drops fixing taps that got left in by some one who borrowed my lines and noticed a couple T's twist inside the lateral. Do I need to re-do that connection or is it ok. I don't know if that could be a point of a vacuum leak.

If the fitting will turn, there will be a leak under high vacuum.

If it is gravity tubing it's fine. If it's on vacuum, particularly high vacuum, it'll leak. Cut it out. Very difficult to remove the tee without scoring it. Generally best to cut out the tee and replace it.
