Vernon, NY Maple Show

Does anyone know if there are really good deals on maple making supplies at the Vernon, NY Maple Show? I am looking at getting tubing, fittings, hydrometers and cups. There may be other stuff I would get if it is worth the 3 hour drive.

I was up there last year,and didn't see any real super deals on supplies. not to say there weren't bargains to be had. It is good to have several dealers and manufacturers in one place. The real value in the show is the seminars. I

Just got in from the show, no great deals but the seminar line up is top notch

I also just got back from the show. I didn't get to see much in the show but I will tomorrow. The seminars are always good, with choices for producers of all sizes and experience. Just having so many dealers in one place helps you make choices. Some dealers offer show special prices, but usually on equipment not supplies.

beaver river had a ten percent discount on everything, and even more on jugs. im gonna buy some tomorrow along with other things. check out all the smaller dealers, they are lots cheaper.
