Hi there just joind the forum. I have read a ton already and I have ahd some great ideas for my setup. I just purchased a new flat pan and an old boiler converted into a firebox. I can't wait to set it all up in my "shack" and give it a try this year after moving from a large pot on a propane fired boiler. The forum has been a great resource already. Have a great year!
