Ready for spring in Minnesota

Other than some odds and ends I am ready for spring. Finally installed stack and flashing inside shack. All cupboards and countertops from Craigs list installed.
Another foot of snow this week-end is on its way.

Lastwoodsman, you're ahead of me. I need to get my stack through the roof yet. I have my roof jack made now ,so it's just a matter of getting it done . Also I bougth a SS countertop that I need to finish installing. and ,the platform for my head tank needs finished. Other than that ,my wood is all cut ,and I need to get an order off for some bottles. I went for a ride the other day and "found" about 25-30 trees on a property that I tapped last year
so that looks promising. Might hit around 150 taps,will have to wait and see

Glad to hear so people are ready. I am just insulating the 16 x 16 Syrup shack, need to put in electric outlets and lights, make steamhood, build loft, make preheater, cut holes in roof for steamhood and smokestack, build sap storage tank stand, put 240 volts in garage for R.O. and get in the woods, wow!!! It looks like some long days. It's raining for the next two days.:cry:
