I know I asked this before, but a search does not find the thread.
I am getting ready to install a dry line. It will be about 500' long and the 3/4" wet line was designed to be converted to a wet dry set up when I added vac. I will have a max of 550 taps on the line. I plan to use a 1" dry line. The question is, should I use blue 30P or is black as good for a dry line. I'm thinking that the only time the dry line will have sap is early in the day while the wet line is frozen. I think heating of the sap should never happen for this case. Who uses what and why? The only + 's I see with the 30P is that it can be seen thru and is easier to work with. On the - side is the price. What am I missing? I have the manifolds all set and will be installing it this coming week. Which way?
