Cream Jar Label

Does anyone know where I can find labels for cream jars? Looking for handling instructions and ingredients maybe. Where can I get some made, if needed? I'm looking for a universal label for all jar sizes (3oz, 8oz, and 16 oz).

Thanks. I've been in contact with them, but need to come up with some language and was wondering if somone already had something drafted up. Also wondering if there was someone else so I could comparison shop.
